ADMISSION PROCESS

Admissions are open to both male and female candidates from Playgroup to Std 12th (Arts, Commerce and Science).

• The entrance exam will be conducted in the month of April / May for Std. 1st to Std.12th.

• Entrance Exam result will be declared within a week. (Subject to minor change).

• All admissions will be provided on First Come First Serve basis.

• Limited seats are available in each class.

• The prospectus including the admission form will be made available on payment.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO PLAYGROUP, NURSERY, K.G. AND Std 1st

• Original Birth Certificate.

• Photocopy of the previous year’s Report Card.

• Proof of income of Mother / Father.

• Proof of the address.

• ID size photographs of Mother, Father and the Student.

• Photocopy of Aadhar card of Mother, Father and the Student.

• Photocopy of Student’s Blood Group report.

• Photocopy of father’s Caste Certificate.(If applicable)

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION OF Std 2nd to Std 10th

• Previous School’s Original Leaving Certificate (UDISE number and Student SARAL ID should be mentioned in it).

• Photocopy of the previous year’s Report Card.

• Proof of income of Mother / Father.

• Proof of the address.

• ID size photographs of Mother, Father and the Student.

• Photocopy of Aadhar card of Mother, Father and the Student.

• Photocopy of Student Blood Group report.

• Photocopy of father’s caste certificate.(If applicable)

FEE DETAILS

As per the schedule issued,

–For New Admissions,  Advance payment of the whole year fees while confirming confirming admission. Payment is accepted Online only. Do not forget to collect the receipt for any payment that you make in our school office.

–For Existing students, Advance payment of the whole year fees before 10th of June is mandatory. Once you open your account in the Nationalized bank specified by our school, you need to maintain sufficient balance in your account before 10th of June each year to enable the bank to transfer the school fees of your child into the school’s account. Parent’s Bank Account should be linked with our school’s account for auto debit by filling e-form available at Federal Bank every year. Update your passbook time to time.
