Where we can purchase your prospectus card and admission form?
The prospectus card including the admission form is available at the Institute’s Office.
When can we meet to teachers? Are there scheduled visiting hours?
All Parents may meet the concerned teachers on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 4:15 PM and 4:45 PM.
Also, open days are arranged after every examination.
What if I miss any Parent Teacher Meeting? (Open Day)
Get in touch with the PARENT REPRESENTATIVES of your child’s class or meet the class teacher on any Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 4.15 pm and 4.45 pm for a one-to-one talk about your child.
Where we can get School Uniform and Sports Kit?
The School Uniform and school sweaters are available at ROOPSAMEER, Powai Naka, Satara on payment.
The School Sports kit is available at HIRAMOTI, Powai Naka, Satara on payment.
The School Shoes are available at RAMESH SHOE MART, Moti Chowk, Satara on payment.
Where do I buy school books from?
Gov. prescribed textbooks are available in all bookstores. Special workbooks, school notebooks, and activity books will be available in the shop next to our school on payment.
Is there bus pickup and drop facility available?
Yes, We have 5 insured school buses for pick up and drop in various areas of Satara city. Please refer our school pages for bus routes or contact us in the school office.
What if my area is not listed in your route?
How can I get notifications about school holidays, events, etc.?
We have SMS alert system by which we give prior notification about school events, holidays, etc. All holidays, competitions, celebrations, events are mentioned in the School Diary and the School Calendar that are given to your child in the month of June.
Where will I get photos of my child’s school activities and events?
We publish our school magazine “Ojas” each year highlighting your child’s achievements in various fields along with his/her class photo. The photos of the events are uploaded on Facebook, Prisms Gallery(SMS login id) and also on the School website. Or you may contact the Class Teacher for the same.
How can I pay fees?
–For new admissions, you have to pay the whole years fees at the time of confirming admission. Only cash payment is accepted in the school office. Do not forget to collect the receipt for any payment that you make in our school office.
–For existing students, once you open your account in the nationalized bank specified by our school, you need to maintain sufficient balance in your account by the 5th of June and the 5th of November each year to enable the bank to transfer the school fees of your child into the school’s account. Do not forget to update your passbook.
What if I’m late in paying school fees?
A daily fine will be imposed on you by the school for late payment. The bank will not be able to transfer your fees until you maintain sufficient balance including the fine amount.
